Blog entry; Wednesday, 14th October 2009...........

Morning, you caught me munching coconut again...

its one of those rare days in Costa Rica, called a "temporal" by the
locals, basically a storm at sea out in the gulf of Cortez, and we
are getting a gray day...

I've been busy this morning emailing, got a nice foto of my buddy's
custom 4wd box truck, it looks ace, definitely one of the best UEV's
on the planet! (urban escape vehicle)

still wants a paint job, but is a well built device, soon to be a
camper/shop/hauling device as required... I think the guy has finally
come into his own as a yahoo 4wd type...

thinking this morning about something I heard on short wave last
night, that the company that made the gas and designed the gas
chambers for the Nazis was owned by the Russeaus.... i.e. If family
legend is right, cousins of mine..... also is same company thats
making the new abortion pill....

Gone from killing Jews and gypsys to babys.....

must be nice folks, glad my family black sheep anscestor turned his
back on the sickos......

info is at; blackgenocide.org

Makes me happy to have offered up a solution to the Malthusian
paradigm w/my space elevator concept...

also thinking this morning about politics, that the next presidential
election is likely the last chance for the american political system
to exit Lemming Way blvd. I think what needs to happen, is that a
new party be formed from the Libertarians, greens, and the real
wings of both the republicans and democrats, leaving the
"bought-offs" high and dry with their fascist sponsors.....

I wouldnt know what to call such a party, maybe the "TWITS" for "
those wishing to survive"...

I suspect that the next election should see the greens &
libertarians do well, if not, best work overtime on your bunker.....
but if they unified, and expanded, and that at the next Presidential
elections backed Ron Paul as a grass roots cantidate under a platform
to return to constitutional government, and also upgrade the
government into modern reality via a constitutional convention, and
go online, zero representation, states rights etc. you maybe could
survive to see your grand kids thrive... Otherwise keep digging said
bunker.....

anyway, I just got my food over the sacred flames, something
different, three types of legumes, and a bit of corn.....

Also heard Albert Addis last night, he did a great spiel on gold vs
online banks.... I guess if I had skads of money I'd likely own gold,
but being humble of both birth and means, I think I'll do what I can
for myself, my loved ones, and my good neighbors, for when "dawn of
hell day" comes........

also thinking of going to town tomorrow..... pay property taxes,
and what to do w/any excess?

the usual shit I guess, food & preparedness items...

I dont think there will be much money to worry about.... its one of
the few things I've never experienced, worrying because I had too
much money.....

I'm still snickering this morning about NIH report on swine flu... a
bunch of power trippers w/egg on their faces...

now all I need is the Costa Rican Government to wake up on their
trips, and my main problems are gone, poof!

not likely, they'll have to insist on trashing the local economy,
causing more unemployment, etc. thru causing problems for folks who
help a 100X more than they hurt anything.....

Wont help tourism, many people come here as tourists looking,
thinking to retire here, so their jacking around the residency trips
will even affect that... plus if they start causing problems for the
stowaway residents, all our friends, family, and countrymen will
hear about it, be we from US, Canada, Germany, or Wherever.... THIS
COUNTRY IS ABOUT TO TOTALLY TRASH ITSELF, BEING ARROGANT, GREEDY, AND
DISHONEST......

because when they start hasseling common folks, all those resentment
files, with all their stories about all the injustices will go online,
and once they go, there will be no calling them back, and it will
take generations to repair the damage....

Costa Rica is a postage stamp status quo corrupt oligarchy, that
thinks they are Monaco or something.....

Well bad news, I suspect Manaco is at least run more profeshionally....

I've been thru Monaco, Dont remember any roads so full of potholes
the semi trucks keep you awake at night throwing their loads into the
air, and blowing their tires.... alot of tire shops here...
probably the best business in the country..

there are literally potholes in the inter america highway deeper than
they are long or across.... they look like open graves in
asphault....

throw alittle brush over them and have elephant traps.....

watch the deductable on the rentacars.... busted suspension is
common, expensive, and they gleefully nail your credit card for
it......

You know, the average Tico is just trying to get by... and thats made
so much harder in a country that has more lawyers per capita than any
other, and a government thats likely the size of Brazil's in a
country you could cover with a couple three US counties... they've
got it broken up into zones, provinces, & cantons, each with another
layer of corruptocracy... all of which sell legal monopolies, that
you get by illegal bribes....

only one local beer company.. only one local telecom company, one
internal airline, etc. And they just rape the locals and foriegners
alike.... a beer is over a dollar, it usually stays on par with the
local hourly wage... aint no Jonny Six-packs here, theres plenty of
Jose' Swiss bank accounts though....

the bus service is OK, but its mostly monopolies also, not anything
like in Panama with its fast and efficient micro bus system, here you
can have a birthday or two waiting on a bus, and die of advanced age
getting to the store.... also the smaller line local busses are
generally standing room only, and the drivers stop at every stop with
busses dangerously full, and people complain loudly at every stop
there is no room....

but somebody is making alot of money... owners of the local
monopolies, and owners of the international bus lines that pass thru
the country non stop.... thats a popular form of tourism here now,
border to border non-stop get to a better place tourism......

and due to incredible import duties, people dont buy much, they
cant... when I first got here the showcases in the stores had an
empty look, now they are stocked, but still not much for customers...

they sell every thing by the inch foot or meter.... you cant buy a
whole roll of chicken wire without causing confusion.. even public
restrooms are pay as you go, I see them hand people a couple squares
of toilet paper for their money....

Basically its a country bound up in every business milking the last
cent possible out of clients.....

I dont know how it went, but last I heard the government was trying to
get free trade agreements at the wholesale level only, i.e. get the
goods cheaper, pass nothing onto consumers, continue raping them if
they try to bring in anything from Panama the US etc.........

past administrations were enticed by greed to trash the local farmers
with cheap imported beans that they sold at just under homegrown
prices etc. and passed laws against farmers selling their beans at
little stores, then had the police confiscate truckloads of privately
owned beans on the highways for tax and monopoly purposes..... No
proof nada, just steal the farmer's entire crop from farm enroute to
where ever he was trying to take it...

I saw a report in the paper awhile back, on a chinese tourist
arrested and jailed for taking a piss without paying.... and the
artical was written in a flavor like they'd caught a famous bank
robber....

Why? their screw the foriegner mindset....

probably didnt help boost Chinese tourism... do you suppose?

Basically Costa Rica is the little land honesty forgot to come to..........

It took five visits to the telecom monopoly office to get a SIM chip
for a phone, and even then it had to be in a tico's name......

in other countries $5 & 5 minutes gets you one, no questions asked....

5 visits, 5 mins?
